I’m an innovation and organisational change coach & strategist.

I help leaders and teams unlock their potential for meaningful and sustainable innovation.

I do this drawing on 15+ years’ experience in leadership coaching, innovation strategy, human centered design and learning design.


What I do

Too often, organisations focus on getting “good ideas” or having the right “innovation methods” to hand. The reason so many innovations don’t make it to market is not that the “what” is wrong - it’s that the “why” and the “how” are missing: A culture which emphasises why innovation matters, and how each team member can be a crucial, valued part of the process.

I can help you get there.

  • Create clarity of purpose: Foster clear understanding of the opportunities for innovation throughout the organisation, and leadership behaviours which support and reinforce this.

  • Achieve a culture of innovation: Shift towards a resilient, collaborative culture that supports creativity, in which people can speak up with challenges and ideas.

  • Set up sustainable processes: Design organisational mechanisms and behaviours that ensure innovation isn’t just a one-time event but a foundational capability.

  • Achieve measurable impact: Identify success metrics that reflect the ability to innovate, such as increased psychological safety, collaboration, and adaptability—key drivers of long-term business success. And define ways of measuring these metrics over time which embed into existing ways of working, rather than becoming chores.


How I do it

My approach is informed by over 15 years’ experience in innovation strategy, leadership and innovation coaching, human-centered design and org change. Together, we will -

  • Start from a bold vision: I'll coach you to create a vision for innovation, and work backwards to identify what needs to happen for it to become reality.

  • Develop leadership capabilities: We’ll define the leadership qualities required for your specific organisational makeup in order to create a culture of innovation.

  • Improve organisational readiness: I’ll lead the process of assessing and strengthening the dynamics, capabilities, and culture needed to execute and sustain innovation.

  • Set up for the long term: By coaching teams to take ownership of their part in the process, from role development to skill development; focusing on developing the skills, collaboration, and resilience required to embed innovation as an ongoing practice.
